“The conversion of this former factory is striking, with a spa and restaurant that truly elevate the stay. While the design is magazine-worthy, the practicalities of room amenities and slow elevators do give one pause. Yet, the genuinely friendly staff across the board, particularly at reception and the valet team, make it a place I'd certainly consider returning to.”
